These terms govern your use of the proactivemanagement.co.za website and your purchase of any digital product, course, programme, or service from ProActive Management (Pty) Ltd, trading as ProActive Management (registration number K2023/117204/07), based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

We provide AI education and training through ProAct Academy, digital products such as books and guides, business consulting and digital transformation advisory, coaching and mentoring programmes, and project resourcing and managed staffing services. Consulting, coaching and staffing engagements are additionally governed by a separately signed agreement, the terms of which take precedence over this document in the event of any conflict.

Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old, or businesses acting through an authorised representative.

When you purchase a digital product or enrol in a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use that content for your own learning and professional development. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute or publicly share our digital products, course materials or any content we provide, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.

All prices are listed in South African Rand. Payment is currently processed by electronic funds transfer (EFT). Orders are confirmed once payment has been received and verified, typically within 24 hours. We reserve the right to update our pricing and payment methods from time to time.

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You agree to use our website and services lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, copy or misuse our systems, content or intellectual property.

All content on our website and in our products, including text, frameworks, course materials and branding, is the intellectual property of ProActive Management (Pty) Ltd, unless otherwise stated, and is protected by South African copyright law.

While we are committed to delivering practical, high-quality education, consulting and staffing services, we do not guarantee specific business, career or financial outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control, including your own application of what you learn.

To the extent permitted by law, ProActive Management (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our website, products or services.

Our website may reference or link to third-party tools, platforms or websites, including booking and payment tools. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our digital products, member area or services if you breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts, without prejudice to any arbitration or dispute resolution process specified in a separate signed agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
